Details of experience:

Sabato Adinolfi came to us from JFK Medical Center on August 10th, 2021. He was complaining of shortness of breath that had continuously worsened over the last few weeks. He had undergone coronary artery bypass surgery and mitral valve regurgitation. He was discharged to Jupiter Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center for assistance with all mobility and all activities of daily living.

Mr. Adinolfi came to our community in the height of the covid pandemic, with many limitations being in place. He made it his mission to thrive and work towards going home. When he wasn’t in therapy, Sabato would pass the time playing games on his iPad or with window visits from his family. Through weeks of skilled training and therapy, Mr. Adinolfi was safely discharged to his home on September 9th, 2021. He was able to perform all his activities of daily living and mobility at an independent level! He is most excited to get home to spend time with them and go about his normal daily routine.

We will miss him at Jupiter Rehab.
