Marchia has been in healthcare for 34 years, and all those 34 years have been her favorite parts of her job. She is a mother of three and a great-grandmother to a 2-year-old, 10 year old, and 12-year-old. Marchia tells us she is very family-oriented. Riding her motorcycle with her club, the Buffalo Soldiers, gives her great enjoyment during her free time.
