Paul began his career as an Occupational Therapist and grew to be a very successful Director of Therapy for 34 years. His goal and vision for success was to manage the day to day operations of a facility coupled with his clinical knowledge and become an Skilled Nursing Administrator This is his life…the residents are his extended family. Paul’s approach to every situation focuses on how you would want your family treated. He believes the residents individualized care is exactly what they deserve. This journey of life really hit home with Paul as he is entrusted with the care and responsibility of his aging parents. In his spare time he plays competitive racquet ball and enjoys gardening and yard work.
